GPS Industries “Fire At The Flag” Program Announces First Jackpot Winner

Hole-In-One Earns Golfer $10,000 Cash And A Shot at $1-Million

Vancouver, Canada - GPS Industries Inc. (GPSI) , the leading innovator of Wi-Fi enabled GPS systems for golf facilities and residential communities, is pleased to announce the first winner in their recently launched
FIRE AT THE FLAG Hole-In-One challenge. The momentous event occurred at Furry Creek Golf Course, a spectacularly scenic mountainside course overlooking Howe Sound, an inlet of the Pacific Ocean near Vancouver, Canada.

Ms. Carolyn Emo has played golf for more than thirty-five years and enjoys approximately fifty rounds a year, yet had never before scored a hole-in-one. “I was in total shock,” states the overjoyed winner. “I dropped my club and fell to my knees. All I could think of at that moment was the hole-in-one. It was my friends who reminded me that we’d entered the FATF challenge … and that I’d just won $10,000!”

Ms. Emo says she will use her prize money to “pay some bills and take a holiday.”

Heading up the FIRE AT THE FLAG program is GPSI’s Director of Business Development Rob Silzer, who said: “We congratulate Ms. Emo as our first $10,000 winner, and look forward to awarding more winners in the months to come. Every week we are adding additional courses to the program so the number of winners will escalate accordingly.”

In fact the company recently announced that almost a dozen courses have signed contracts to host the FIRE AT THE FLAGä program in just the last four weeks. The innovative program offers golfers a chance to win an instant cash prize for a hole-in-one. In addition to the cash prize of up to $25,000 all hole-in-one winners will be flown to Florida for a Grand Prize Shootout worth at least US$1 Million.

Fire At The Flagä is available worldwide through GPSI’s global sales team. Golf facilities interested in this program should contact Rob Silzer at 604-576-7442 or rob@gpsindustries.com.
